Go Local San Diego provides local direct-mail marketing options to help local San Diego business owners and entrepreneurs elevate their exposure to their local community. By using these services, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Terms and conditions related to the use of the Site as well.
We do our best to ensure accurate delivery and exposure, but we cannot guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Advertising Campaigns:
All advertising placement are subject to availability and approval.
Payment is due in full before the printing or mailing of any ad campaign.
We reserve the right to reject ads that contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
If you submit content (e.g., ad designs logos, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to fulfill your advertising services.
Go Local San Diego provides direct-mail marketing for local San Diego businesses every quarter. Upon opting in, you can expect to receive occasional phone calls, emails, SMS notifications, alerts & marketing communication.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
In addition, you can Opt-Out by replying “STOP” to our emails as well, and you will be removed from all Go Local San Diego communications.Â

Once an ad campaign has entered the printing or mailing stage, no refunds will be issued. If a campaign is delayed or cancelled by us, a full refund or credit will be offered.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Local San Diego, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Diego County, CA, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These content standards (the “Content Standards”) apply to any and all User Content and use of Interactive Services. User Content must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Content must not:
Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
